BASIC TRAVEL TIPS AND REMINDERS

 


HOW TO GO TO CAMPO LANGIT?

     If you are from Surigao City you can either  ride  a bus bound to Magpayang or your group’s should rent own van. Upon arrival in Magpayang,  take a  single motorcycle or habal-habal bound to Barangay Villa Riza, Malimono. Travel time is about two hours from Surigao City. Upon Arrival in Barangay Villariza you can start your Hiking Adventure to Campo Langit the Holy Peak. But before hiking, each group of hikers should hire a Tour Guide. They don’t alllowed you to hike without a Tour Guide as to follow the Protocol from Department of Tourism and for the safety of the Tourists. And also don’t forget to bring drinking water, some snacks, and extra shirt while you are going to hike.                                                                                                                  

   The best time to go there is early in the morning or around sunset!



Rates and Other Information’s:

 LGU or Tourism fee: 20 pesos

Entrance fee: 50 pesos

Tour Guide/Tour Escort fee: 250 pesos

Horseback Riding: 50 pesos

Room rate: ( it depends of what room type)

 

 

Dress code

Long pants is required to wear (skirts and shorts not allowed during hiking, they allow to wear shorts if you are already in Campo Langit ), sneakers or any shoes (high heels not allowed), those who are concerned about sunburn (bring hats and long sleeves)

Good things to bring

Towel, sunglasses, insect repellent measures, waist bag (bag to put drink and camera) and extra shirt, person who is worried about sunburn (apply sun protection), depending on the weather (raincoat)

 





        Campo Langit also offer Horseback Riding. Don’t let your day end without trying horseback riding experience. I also want people who are new to horseback riding to experience this one of a kind !

 Life begins at the end of your comfort zone they say! If you have never sat on a horse, it was have a great time trying it out for the first time. The horses are calm and careful, we are safety conscious and know what we are doing.  They wil provide with all the safety gear and advice you will need to have a great first time experience.
